A new beginning
While living in a Plano park, Ms. P met Metro Relief through an outreach connection. A case manager helped her obtain her birth certificate and Social Security documentation and connected her with Salvation Army housing support.
She moved into an apartment, remained employed, and became a supervisor responsible for training others.
